Good Night

Artist & Song

Lord Huron “The Night We Met”

A personal favorite from Lord Huron. It’s definitely a mood. Chill, melancholic, and just plain good.

David Nail “Night’s On Fire”

Apparently this is country. Cool. He’s got the perfect voice and twang for it. Nice to see country going back to more of its roots. Carrie Underwood just doesn’t cut it for some. This song has a great sound and an excellent beat. A sure favorite for many.

Gavin Luke “Night Walk”

Nice, calm piano piece. Perfect to play at bedtime to calm the nerves and send you straight into your dreams. Lovely tune.

Panic! At The Disco “Say Amen (Saturday Night)”

Complete opposite of the last song, Panic! will have you up and dancing after just seconds. Fabulous track for your quarantine solo dance party. Not a Panic! fan? May want to give this one a try.

Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons “December, 1963 (Oh What a Night)”

If you didn’t grow up listening to, dancing to, or singing with this, I feel sorry for you. Good news is that it’s not going anywhere, so there’s plenty of time to learn this absolute classic dance tune!

Leny Bhoelai “This night”

Intriguing intro. Makes you wonder where it’s going. Then it really doesn’t go anywhere. Disappointing, but this is another great one to add to your bedtime playlist. Very calming, and great at clearing your mind of all the things keeping you awake. A+.

Iration “Summer Nights”

We’re getting to summer, up here in the northern hemisphere, so this is perfect timing. All y’all down south can appreciate the memories that are painted in this chill, but definitely still very dance-able tune.

Dance Gavin Dance “We Own The Night”

If you’re a fan of hardcore/screaming punk, this song is for you. Personally, the style gets on my nerves, so I couldn’t even get halfway through this one. It started out well, so I’d definitely give it a chance, if that’s your genre!

Lucy Dacus “Night Shift”

This one is over 6.5 minutes. Depending on your tastes and styles, that’s either a blessing or a curse. Lucy’s voice is perfect for this kind of song, and I really liked this one. Hard to explain the sound, so give it a listen for yourself.

Elskavon “Soft Night”

The title is exactly how it sounds. Yet another great bedtime track. No lyrics, and its slow-moving melody is perfect for letting go, and slipping into sleep.
